At Maimoona Gulzar, every item is a unique, carefully sourced pre-loved piece. Each product is individually photographed, inspected and honestly described so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
Returns
As all of our items are unique pre-loved pieces, we do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
- Personal preference
- Colour expectations due to different screen or display settings
Please carefully review all photos, measurements, condition notes and product details before placing your order.
Product Condition
All items are carefully inspected before being listed for sale.
Any noticeable imperfections, repairs, missing buttons, replaced buttons, missing embellishments, marks or other signs of wear will always be mentioned in the product’s Condition Notes where applicable.
As these are pre-loved items, minor signs of previous wear may be present.
Measurements
Please compare the measurements provided with a similar garment you already own to ensure the best fit.
Please allow a measurement tolerance of approximately 1–3 cm.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, or your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maimoonagulzar.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will review each case individually and work with you to reach a fair solution.
Return Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return is approved due to an error on our part, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.
